SLEEVE
Measure from the center of the spine at the base of the neck, around the shoulder, over the elbow and down to the wrist.

BUST
Measure around the fullest part of your bust.

WAIST
Measure around the fullest part of the bust, which will generally be just below your last rib and a couple of inches above your navel.

HIPS
Measure around the fullest part of the hips

International delivery generally take 5-20 business days,after your order has been received, depending upon your location ("business days" means Monday-Friday, excluding U.S. holidays).

When viewing an item, simply select the size, color, and quantity needed and then click 'ADD TO CART.' Once you have your desired items in your cart, click the 'CHECKOUT' button. You will be directed to complete the Shipping address, shipping method, and payment method. You can also choose to sign in with your Purpleshe account for future convenience. We'll send a confirmation email to your registered email address containing the contents of your order!

You can visit our mobile website on your smart-phone by simply entering https://www.purpleshe.com/ on the search bar of your browser.

Check&Track My Orders

You can check all your orders in your PURPLESHE account. Choose an order and click on the link we offered to track your order.



Once we receive your payment, your order will go through several steps before being "shipped out".

There are three payment statuses for orders.

Waiting for payment:

This order is unpaid. Please feel free to pay your order now. Once we receive your payment, we will process your request.

Pending:

You have attempted to pay us via PayPal. At this time we haven't received your payment yet, please check your Paypal account or bank account balance and confirm whether your funds are sufficient. If you have completed the payment, please send us the transaction ID or payment proof to speed up the process.

Paid:

You have just paid for your order, our server will upload your order shortly, and then we will start to process your request. Thank you for your patience.

There are three fulfillment statuses for an order after receiving your payment.
Processing:

It usually takes 1-2 business days for us to allocate your items, check the quality and pack and print shipping labels, etc. Once the above has been done, we will dispatch your order immediately.

Dispatched:

Your order has left our warehouse and has been collected by the courier for the shipment. We cannot edit your order any more.

Shipped Out:

Your complete order has been sent out and is now on its way to you. Please follow up the delivery in your account and track the item online.

Cancel/Make Changes to the Order

Please immediately contact our Customer Care team service@purpleshe.com with your change/cancellation request details included. You are strongly advised to contact us as early as possible before the order is processed to minimize the processing delay with your order due to the changes.
PURPLESHE now provides a simpler, more efficient, and more secure Paypal payment. This payment method is easy, you don't need to register, just fill in your credit card or debit card numbers to make a payment, but very safe.

2) When you about to finish shopping, simply click the button "PayPal", to fill in your credit card or debit card numbers and make the payments.



3) If you have an account with PURPLESHE, you can log in your account and then fill in the shipping address. After that, you can checkout with paypal.

Registering with us would be very helpful to shopping with us since you will get rid of the trouble of entering your information repeatedly, plus, you can manage your account, check the offers and get informed with your order status very fast.



We are gladly to provide exchange for most purchases within 30 days of delivery.

  • All return requests must be initiated within 30 days your package has been delivered.
  • All items must be returned in their original condition, with all tags and hygiene seals attached. Bikini sets must be returned with both top and bottom.


1) Exchange for a different color, size or product

If you would like to exchange an item you've received, please contact us at service@purpleshe.com to let us know.

For the change of mind returns, we do not cover return postage costs.

Please allow up to 2 weeks for exchange processing.

2) Faulty, damaged, or incorrectly delivered items

We take extreme care in ensuring our goods are of the highest quality. However,if you find our product is faulty, or we have not delivered what you ordered, we would like to help you resolve the problem.

Returns for refund will be accepted for faulty products or delivered products that do not match your order.

Please email us service@purpleshe.com with a photo of the defect, or a description of the wrong item you received, as well as your order number so we can provide you a prepaid postage label and detailed return instructions.

3)How are refunds processed?

Refunds are issued in the original payment form, minus any delivery and handling costs that may have been charged. Ie: A Paypal payment will be refunded via the Paypal account used on the original purchase.

Postage and return postage costs are non-refundable.
1. How to create my account and why?

If you purchase an item on our eshop and you do not have an account yet, you will be invited to register. Your email address will be required and will used as your login.

2. I did not receive the activation email.

Please click the "Resend Activation Email" button after logging in. Check your mailbox including your spam folder. If you are still unable to receive the activation email, please email us at service@purpleshe.com to resolve this issue.

3. I forgot my password

Click on "Forgotten password" and the email address of your Purpleshe account. We will then send you a link allowing to reset your password.



4. How to subscribe to the newsletters?

To do this, simply enter your email address in the Purpleshe newsletter registration section at the bottom of the Purpleshe website page.

5. What is the difference between the billing address and the shipping address?

The billing address should be the same address you provided to your bank when you applied for your credit/debit card; the shipping address is the one you want us to ship the order to.
