International delivery generally takes 5-20 business days, after your order has been received, depending upon your location ("business days" means Monday-Friday, excluding U.S. holidays).

You will be directed to complete the Shipping address, shipping method, and payment method. You can also choose to sign in with your Purpleshe account for future convenience. We'll send a confirmation email to your registered email address containing the contents of your order!

You can check all your orders in your PURPLESHE account. Choose an order and click on the link we offered to track your order.

About order status

Once we receive your payment, your order will go through several steps before being "shipped out".

There are three payment statuses for orders.

Waiting for payment:

This order is unpaid. Please feel free to pay your order now. Once we receive your payment, we will process your request.


You have attempted to pay us via PayPal. At this time we haven't received your payment yet, please check your Paypal account or bank account balance and confirm whether your funds are sufficient. If you have completed the payment, please send us the transaction ID or payment proof to speed up the process.


You have just paid for your order, our server will upload your order shortly, and then we will start to process your request. Thank you for your patience.

There are three fulfillment statuses for an order after receiving your payment.


It usually takes 1-2 business days for us to allocate your items, check the quality and pack and print shipping labels, etc. Once the above has been done, we will dispatch your order immediately.


Your order has left our warehouse and has been collected by the courier for the shipment. We cannot edit your order any more.

Shipped Out:

Your complete order has been sent out and is now on its way to you. Please follow up the delivery in your account and track the item online.

Cancel/Make Changes to the Order

Please immediately contact our Customer Care team with your change/cancellation request details included. You are strongly advised to contact us as early as possible before the order is processed to minimize the processing delay with your order due to the changes.
PURPLESHE now provides a simpler, more efficient, and more secure Paypal payment. No need to register, customers can fill in their credit card or debit card numbers to make the payment.

2. When you about to finish shopping, click the button "PayPal," to fill in your credit card or debit card numbers, and make the payments.

If you have an account with PURPLESHE, you can log in your account and then fill in the shipping address. After that, you can checkout with Paypal.

Registering with PURPLESHE will save the time of entering information repeatedly and will make your shopping more convenient.

We are glad to provide an exchange for most purchases within 30 days of delivery.
All items must be returned in their original condition, with all tags and hygiene seals attached. Bikini sets must be returned with both top and bottom.

Exchange for a different color, size or product

If you would like to exchange an item you've received, please contact us at to let us know.

For the change of mind returns, we do not cover return postage costs.

Please allow up to 2 weeks for exchange processing.

Faulty, damaged, or incorrectly delivered items

We take extreme care in ensuring our goods are of the highest quality. However, if you find our product is faulty, or we have not delivered what you ordered, we would like to help you resolve the problem. We accept refunds for faulty products or delivered products that don't match your order.

Please email us at with a photo or a description of the faulty/wrong-delivered item you received, together with your order number. After checking, we will provide a pre-paid postage label and give more return instructions.

How are refunds processed?

Refunds are issued in the original payment form, minus any delivery and handling costs that may have been charged. IE: A Paypal payment will be refunded via the Paypal account used on the original purchase.

Postage and return postage costs are non-refundable.
1. How to create my account and why?

If you purchase an item on our e-shop and you do not have an account yet, you will be invited to register. Your email address will be required and will use as your login.

Create your account, will allow you to:

- save your billing and shipping address, as well as your banking details(payment methods) for quicker payment.
- Have access to your order history, the status of current orders, the tracking of your parcel, and your list of favorite products.

- To change your account settings, such as your username, your password, or your addresses.

No worries. If you don't prefer an account, you can always purchase items as a GUEST user.

2. I did not receive the activation email.

Please click the "Resend Activation Email" button after logging in. Check your mailbox including your spam folder. If you are still unable to receive the activation email, please email us at to resolve this issue.

3. I forgot my password

Click on "Forgotten password" and the email address of your Purpleshe account. We will then send you a link allowing to reset your password.

4. How to subscribe to the newsletters?

To do this, enter your email address in the Purpleshe newsletter registration section at the bottom of the Purpleshe website page.

5. What is the difference between the billing address and the shipping address?

Shipping addresses are the address to which you would like your order shipped. Billing addresses are the address on the credit card that is being used to place the order.
